Join Our Client, an industry leader powering future grid innovations! Seeking a Senior PM with 7+ yrs utility design & 3+ yrs PM experience to drive major transmission & distribution projects on time and within budget.

responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of major, complex Transmission and Distribution (T&D) capital projects within safety, scope, cost, schedule, and quality constraints.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams spanning engineering, environmental, legal, land rights, procurement, construction, and system operations departments.
- Monitor project performance, cash flow, risk, and change controls, while maintaining clear communication with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee negotiations, execution, and ongoing administration of contracts with external suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
- Direct complete project close-out processes, including final acceptance, ownership transfer, financial audit true-ups, and final performance reporting.
qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7+ years of utility design/experience and 3+ years in project management (Large Generator Interconnections experience is a plus).
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of utility engineering practices, T&D/substation design, CPM scheduling, work breakdown structures, utility accounting, and regulatory/permitting requirements.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively direct and review multi-disciplinary project teams with minimal supervision.
