We are a fast-growing software and technology integration firm based in West Haven, CT, looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator with a technical backbone. This isn't a "typical" admin role; we need someone who understands the nuts and bolts of electrical low voltage systems, security hardware, and door systems.

You will be the bridge between our sales team, our clients, and our technicians. The ideal candidate can look at a set of blueprints, identify the necessary security drop points, and translate that into a precise, professional bid.



salary: $30 - $42 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Analysis: Review and interpret architectural blueprints and floor plans to identify low voltage requirements.
  
  
• Estimating & Proposals: Prepare accurate cost estimates for security systems, access control, and door hardware.
  
  
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in drafting quotes, managing RFPs (Request for Proposals), and maintaining client records.
  
  
• Technical Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales and the field team to ensure project scopes are clearly defined and hardware requirements are met.
  
  
• Vendor Liaison: Communicate with hardware and software vendors to stay updated on pricing and lead times for door systems and security components.
