Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting advertisements, sourcing via databases/networking, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage technical talent (Software Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, etc.) using advanced sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Advise leadership on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability to influence hiring decisions.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Utilize recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, and pipeline health) to optimize your strategy and provide real-time updates.
- Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiating salaries and navigating complex offers to ensure high-quality hires and candidate satisfaction.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain real-time accuracy within the Workday (ATS) and ensure all activities align with EEO strategies and company policies.
Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience recruiting for niche roles such as DevOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineers (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Data Scientists.
Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to partner with and influence hiring managers using market data and professional communication.
Technical Proficiencies
- ATS: Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Sourcing/CRM: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and various sourcing tools.
- Analytics: Experience using market intelligence tools to guide talent strategy.
