Responsibilities



Join the fast-paced transportation department at our 3 PL Logistics client in Miami in a high-energy role that keeps our supply chain moving.

• Manage high-volume outbound calling (approx. 100 calls daily), handle professional emails, and act as the key liaison for internal and external customers.
• Coordination: Direct daily communication with drivers and proactively schedule or attempt delivery appointment requests.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain critical residential reports using Microsoft Excel; training will be provided for our proprietary logistics software.
• Balance office tasks with hands-on floor work by physically verifying shipments in the warehouse.
• Requirements: Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and capable of thriving in a rapid-fire environment.
