In this role, you will be the backbone of our project operations, working closely with our clients project management team to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their skillset, specifically gaining hands-on experience in cost estimating and advanced project administration.
salary: $25 - $30 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, and budgets.
Assemble and maintain project CO logs, RFI’s, plan updates, and schedules.
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Bid document preparation.
Maintain bid log.
Manage material procurement.
Undertake project tasks as required.
Track and report material quantity.
Maintain project documentation site and identify and notify of plan changes.
Attend and represent the company at client meetings.
Gain experience in cost estimating.
