Responsibilities
Overview: Project Manager will provide advanced project management guidance and support working with the Enterprise Services/Community/Specialty/Health Plan HR teams.
- The role develops and manages project plans and project documents, including the consolidation or support for: multiple integrations, Health Plan growth activities, HR budget responsibilities, leadership rounding/skip-levels, and all HR Forum, leadership meeting and town hall planning.
- The roles support consolidation and monitoring of actions driven by engagement survey results, reporting of data related to people goal monitoring, year-end compensation and performance management support, communication and presentation material preparation, HR data & analytics, HR collaboratives, and general support to the SVP, HR and team.
