The Office Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle of office logistics, from managing vendor relationships and mail distribution to maintaining precise inventory levels for both office and kitchen supplies. A significant portion of the role involves facility stewardship, ensuring that common areas and kitchens are meticulously stocked and "client-ready" at all times to uphold the firm’s professional standards.
To excel, candidates must be tech-savvy experts in the Microsoft suite and demonstrate a proven track record in a corporate setting. While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, the priority is placed on direct experience and the ability to maintain strict professional boundaries while working alongside a high-velocity sales team. We are looking for a disciplined, self-starting operator who thrives on order and can maintain composure under pressure. By balancing executive support with hands-on facility oversight, the Office Manager ensures the team stays focused on their targets while the office runs with effortless efficiency.

- Administrative & Reception: Manage complex calendars (Outlook), coordinate travel with agencies, assist with internal events, and provide professional front-desk coverage.
- Office Operations: Conduct twice-daily floor checks, manage vendor relationships, handle mail, and maintain inventory for office and kitchen supplies.
- Facilities: Ensure the kitchen and common areas are tidy, stocked, and client-ready at all times.
- Experience: Proven administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Tech-savvy with deep proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Professionalism: Ability to work alongside a high-energy sales team while maintaining strict professional boundaries.
- Education: Bachelor’s preferred; experience prioritized.
