We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in St. Peters, MO, for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this essential role, you will serve as the face and voice of our branch, managing a high-volume desk that handles everything from face-to-face "Will Call" interactions to complex order entry via phone, email, and fax. Operating on a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, you will work 100% on-site in a collaborative environment where multitasking is the name of the game. Responsibilities

-Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product catalog and service offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.

- Cultivate long-term partnerships with both internal departments and external accounts through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their specific service expectations.

-Utilize active listening and emotional intelligence to resolve customer concerns, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset.

-Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of orders received via phone, email, fax, and in-person, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely entry into the fulfillment system.

-Maintain a rigorous customer database, logging comprehensive records of all interactions, transactions, and account updates to ensure data continuity.

-Streamline internal documentation, filing and organizing account records to support seamless collaboration between manufacturers and sales teams.
