Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Budgeting * Directs the development and monitoring of the annual budget in partnership with the Senior VP for Administrative Services.

• Serves as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, contributing to institutional governance and strategic decision-making.
  
  

Financial Management & Compliance * Spearheads the preparation of financial statements and facilitates the annual audit process.

• Manages the institution’s debt and investment portfolios to ensure long-term fiscal stability.
  
  
• Ensures full compliance with all state and federal reporting mandates.
  
  

Operational Oversight * Provides executive leadership for Financial Services, Dining Services, and the Campus Store, managing both personnel and daily operations.

• Develops and recommends fiscal policies and administrative procedures to the President and Executive Leadership.
  
  

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement * Delivers high-level briefings and recommendations to the Board of Trustees, Cabinet, and community partners.

• Translates complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences, from staff to business leaders.
