Key Responsibilities Procurement & Order Management
- Generate and process purchase orders for a variety of materials, components, and services.
- Monitor open orders and proactively expedite late or urgent shipments to maintain production schedules.
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company approvals.
- Maintain ERP data health and manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).
- Maintain organized purchasing records, supplier files, and critical documentation.
- Prepare reports on material availability, supplier performance, and open order status.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or high-level administration (relevant internships are welcomed).
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) is a significant plus.
