Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted right hand to the Principal, managing both complex business and personal operations.
- Orchestrate intricate, multi-calendar coordination for the Principal and family members to ensure conflict-free scheduling.
- Manage all high-level gifting, fine dining reservations, wardrobe coordination, and personal shopping.
- Uphold extreme confidentiality and boundary management regarding all personal and professional matters.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, luxury villas, and ground transportation.
- Develop detailed itineraries and contingency plans for all travel-related logistics.
- Maintain secure systems for passports, travel documentation, and high-value personal inventory.
