This is a critical position within the company - a unique hybrid role split 50/50 between commercial operations and high-level leadership support. You will serve as the central liaison driving the pulse of the commercial department, ensuring global supply agreements move seamlessly through the approval chain and leadership remains optimized.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Contract Management (50%)
- Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle within internal management systems.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate approvals across Supply, Finance, and Quality departments to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all commercial agreements are accurate and compliant to safeguard the company from operational risk.
- Reporting: Monitor performance against service standards; identify and report on workflow improvements and delay areas.
- Calendar Management: Directly support the Commercial Director and regional leadership by managing complex global agendas and travel.
- Meeting Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to schedule and prioritize high-stakes meetings.
- Event Coordination: Lead logistics for major industry conferences, including travel, accommodations, and client engagement schedules.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse global teams.
- Detail-Oriented: A “get-things-done” attitude with high precision in managing financial and operational documentation.
- Culturally Savvy: Comfortable navigating diverse working styles and time zones.
