Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
• Assist departments with data entry, scanning, filing, and basic document preparation (Word/Excel)
• Manage a multi-line phone system, taking detailed messages or routing calls efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality assistance by troubleshooting customer concerns, processing requests, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented dialogue to ensure a seamless service experience
• Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• Answering calls, providing customers with updates via reporting, system, and on-hand information.
