salary: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex calendars, international travel, and competing priorities
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CDO and the Global Board of Directors, internal leadership, and external partners
• Prepare sophisticated briefing materials, presentations, and minutes for Global Board meetings
• Provide logistical support for flagship awards and galas, coordinating speakers, honorees, and high-profile guest lists
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and departmental financial processing
• Design and draft compelling major gift proposals and high-net-worth prospect materials
• Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track engagement and maintain meticulous donor records
