Responsibilities
- Program & Project Management: Manage daily operations, timelines, and execution for the program, including instructor-led workshops and hospital designation products. Set milestones, identify barriers, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Oversight: Act as the system expert for a custom data portal to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, track data submissions, and deliver reports/analytics.
- Financial & Resource Tracking: Facilitate budget forecasting, expense tracking, and reconciliation for assigned portfolios, ensuring adherence to production budgets.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate work with instructors, internal teams, and external vendors (including CNE/CME fulfillment sites). Prepare and review files for copyeditors and narrators to ensure quality control.
- Customer Support & Marketing: Develop and evaluate customer service processes. Address day-to-day inquiries from customers and instructors, maintain FAQ sheets, and collaborate with Marketing to support portfolio promotions.
- Contract & Document Control: Proactively collect, organize, and maintain contract documentation and course folders.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide professional mentoring, translate clinical concepts to non-clinical staff, foster a positive team environment, and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Serve as project manager for additional educational initiatives as assigned.
