Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support large-scale corporate payroll operations by executing critical processing workflows. This non-patient-care role focuses heavily on garnishments, deductions, tax items, and error resolution to eliminate compliance risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee payroll, tax updates, and time-sensitive financial transactions.
- Manage high-volume garnishment processing, compliance timelines, and payroll laws.
- Monitor and review payroll data to proactively research and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain thorough and legally compliant transaction documentation.
- Coordinate directly with payroll leadership to support contingent or internal workforces.
- Proven experience with high-volume payroll processing, compliance, and employee deductions.
- Prior background managing garnishments and payroll tax support workflows is required.
- Exceptional computer proficiency; experience with Workday or workforce management tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in a large enterprise or healthcare payroll environment is a plus.
- Must clear standard onboarding, including background verification, drug screens, and compliance with healthcare vaccination policies.
