Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, verifying pricing, shipping, and special instructions.
- Generate and revise customer quotes, assist with account research, and handle administrative tasks for Sales Reps.
- Handle communications regarding order status, tracking, backorders, and inquiries.
- Partner with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve order and quote issues quickly.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite; process approved Return Authorizations.
- Utilize Outlook, Teams, Excel, NetSuite, and AI tools efficiently and responsibly.
