Responsibilities
- Assist attorney in all phases of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic and paper records.
- Transcribe dictation, draft, review, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Maintain the attorney's calendar by tracking deadlines and scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Order medical records as needed on case files.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, copying and scanning.
- Electronic filing with the Courts.
