Responsibilities
- Drive Success: Manage full-cycle, end-to-end payroll processing for designated corporate entities, keeping things running smoothly on a structured weekly schedule.
- Build Relationships: Partner closely with decentralized timekeepers and managers to review time and attendance data, ensuring 100% accuracy and supporting team success.
- Solve Puzzles: Apply and verify complex pay rules, shift differentials, and clinical practices, catching data gaps and resolving variances with precision.
- Provide World-Class Support: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll inquiries with care and efficiency through a dedicated Workday Help ticketing platform.
- Collaborate and Optimize: Participate in system stabilization, cleanup, and error-troubleshooting alongside system analysts to help build a stronger platform for the future.
