Role Overview Seeking a versatile, hardworking Operational & Sales Support Coordinator to act as a core organizational liaison. This hybrid role bridges front-office client service and back-office logistics. You will manage customer order lifecycles and physically circulate through our two-story plant to coordinate cross-departmental workflows.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, provide product info, and accurately process order modifications.
- Production Liaison: Work directly with the production team to monitor schedules, troubleshoot floor delays, and ensure on-time shipping.
- Order Management: Track the full order lifecycle from initial engagement and vendor coordination to final shipping and documentation.
- Plant Support: Check inventory levels, assist with purchasing tasks, and physically walk a two-story plant floor to keep teams and drivers aligned.
- 3+ years of experience bridging customer service, inventory control, or production logistics.
- Proficient technical aptitude; experience with ERP/CRM software (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or Salesforce) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—reputation as a dedicated team player who is eager to learn.
- Physical stamina to actively navigate a two-story plant facility daily.
