Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support customers as the primary point of contact for Client programs, providing courteous, accurate telephone assistance, account navigation, and technical guidance while ensuring timely call resolution. This role is production-driven, focusing on maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction on every call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing beneficiaries regarding Client programs.
- Provide one-to-one telephone support to consumers and providers, including assistance with password resets.
- Accurately respond to and document all incoming call center interactions received from consumers.
- Log calls into the tracking system, identify trends in consumer inquiries, and recommend measures to improve customer service delivery.
- Handle, investigate, and data-enter complaints in strict accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Work with consumers in difficult situations, providing calm conflict resolution and problem solving for frustrated customers.
- Meet and exceed established daily standards for calls answered, quality, and customer service metrics.
- Properly forward calls to Call Center Leadership or relevant outside Connecticut agencies per procedures.
