- Jensen Meat Company is seeking a high-performing HR Coordinator II to support evening shift HR operations (2:00pm - 10:00pm) including administrative duties, employee file compliance, onboarding logistics, and workers’ comp case coordination
- This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- With deep industry expertise and a passion for excellence, Jensen Meat is shaping the future of the beef industry while maintaining its integrity and strong customer focus
- Maintain employee records, safety logs, and weekly compliance trackers
- Assist with injury reports, Workers’ Compensation claims, and clinic appointment coordination
- Run onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of required documentation
- Prepare translation materials and support bilingual communication needs
- Support HR analytics efforts by running weekly reports and audit lists
- Gain deeper experience in Workers’ Compensation, compliance tracking, and employee relations
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Strengthen bilingual communication and HRIS reporting capabilities
- Qualifications
- 2+ years HR administration or coordinator experience
- strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills
- strong Excel and document tracking capabilities
- Build foundational knowledge to pursue advanced HR certifications (e.g., aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
