- Job Title: Office Associate

Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail environment
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience (including AP, AR, and collections)
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel), data entry skills, and experience operating muti-line phone systems
- Soft skills: Professional eqiquette, excellent verbal communication, organizational habits, and a keep attention to detail
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and quickly transition between different tasks with a sense of urgency, while working effectively in a team environment
- Setting: Primarily an office environment, but the role requires regular exposure to battery warehouse conditions
- Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, sitting, hearing, talking, and precise hand usage (grasping/handling). Prolonged use of a personal computer and telephone is required.
- Lifting: Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
- Vision: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Safety: Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the task.

Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Support: Accurately maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Audit, pay, and file vendor invoices; manage collections; and prepare customer invoices, purchase orders, and delivery tickets efficiently.
- Period Closes & Deposits: Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes accurately and on schedule. Verify and process regular bank deposits.
- Data & Inventory Management: Upload/download handheld computer devices and process data on a set schedule. Maintain the dealer database, assist with inventory counts, and research any variances.
- Customer Service & Front Desk: Provide exceptional service both in person and over a multi-line phone system. Support the front counter retail area as needed.
- Operational Support: Perform all other administrative duties as assigned to support the management team.
