Responsibilities
- Research & Remediation: Analyze, research, and remediate API-based data discrepancies and customer/account records routed to in-process compliance queues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of data defects (e.g., data dropped during API transmission) and coordinate with internal partners to resolve systemic issues.
- Case Investigation & Escalation: Conduct targeted investigations into incomplete records and efficiently route or escalate unresolved complex issues to data teams or management.
- Controls & Compliance: Support Financial Crimes Controls by ensuring all customer and account data is complete, accurate, and fully compliant with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Tracking & Quality Documentation: Maintain rigorous tracking logs and precise documentation of all completed work to provide audit-ready evidence of control execution and support internal quality validation reviews.
- Data Reporting: Utilize reporting data and business intelligence tools to analyze, action, and report on trends within high-volume remediation queues.
