Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and adaptable to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you will be a vital partner in the recruitment and integration lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. You will act as a consultative partner to various stakeholders, manage complex administrative workflows, and help drive process innovations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles confidential information with the utmost discretion, and possesses a understanding of corporate recruitment systems. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless execution throughout the entire recruitment and integration lifecycle. Systems & Operations Management: Proactively identify and address customer needs, leveraging HR systems and technology to drive quality outcomes and efficient workflows. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and initiate process changes and innovations to elevate the overall TA operational strategy. Consultation & Advisory: Educate, influence, and advise peers and stakeholders from an end-to-end TA Services perspective to ensure consistency in policy and process management. Project Support: Assist with critical projects and ad hoc initiatives related to staffing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), compliance, onboarding, candidate assessments, and case management. Presentations: Develop and deliver informative presentations to various stakeholders across the organization. Agile Workload Management: Effectively manage and prioritize shifting workloads in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Data Integrity: Process, manage, and maintain highly sensitive and confidential personnel information with absolute discretion. Required Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of professional, related experience. Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to interface, consult, and build relationships with the People Team, cross-functional stakeholders, and employees at all levels of the organization.
