About the Role In this role, you will partner directly with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to source and recruit top talent for a growing workforce. You will focus on proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple geographic areas.
This is a 4-month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. Training is conducted virtually, and the role transitions on-site on September 14th.
You can be based out of any of the following locations:
Corpus Christi, TX; Abilene, TX; Shreveport, LA; or Fort Wayne, IN
Pay: $20-$21/hour Qualifications Must-haves:
- 5 years of corporate recruitment experience, specifically placing professional and management-level exempt positions.
- 3 years of hands-on experience using electronic applicant tracking systems and internet recruiting databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or a related field) is preferred, but equivalent years of professional experience are fully welcomed.
- Experience working within the Workday applicant tracking system.
- Experience engaging with innovative resource strategies, such as the US Army PaYS program or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Responsibilities
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop extensive pools of highly qualified candidates through creative recruiting strategies and digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Partner with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to hand off qualified candidates.
- Analyze the Market: Research talent markets to understand supply versus demand, track competitor intelligence, and use sourcing statistics to make data-driven decisions.
- Engage the Community: Build relationships with university placement offices, and coordinate and attend career fairs to attract diverse prospects.
