What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. (Master’s degree or relevant certifications like CPSM/CPIM preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive strategic procurement experience with deep expertise in indirect categories, facilities, and contract negotiation.
- CapEx Proven Track Record: Substantial experience managing capital equipment, expansion projects, and large-scale facilities procurement.
- Real Estate & RFPs: Demonstrated success in real estate contract negotiations, commercial leasing, and structuring technical RFP processes.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to build systems, design category strategies, and lead cross-functional change management initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Strategic System Building & Sourcing
- Build, formalize, and optimize procurement workflows, vendor management systems (VMS), and savings pipelines from the ground up.
- Lead indirect spend, lab services, and single-use consumables procurement, ensuring robust supplier performance and contract compliance in a strict GMP environment.
- Structure and execute complex RFPs, cost-modeling, dual-sourcing strategies, and risk mitigation plans to secure supply continuity.
- Serve as the primary procurement lead for high-value capital expansion initiatives, facility builds, and technical equipment acquisitions (frequently managing multi-million-dollar CapEx allocations).
- Manage total cost of ownership (TCO) negotiations—balancing initial equipment costs against lifecycle, maintenance, and single-use operational expenses.
- Oversee commercial real estate program management, negotiating complex lease terms, tenant improvement (TI) allowances, and facilities services contracts.
- Partner directly with Site Leadership, Operations, and Finance to deliver measurable working capital improvements, cost optimization, and quarterly contribution reporting.
- Leverage enterprise volumes to negotiate aggressive commercial terms across vendor networks.
- Oversee active supplier relationship management (SRM) programs, resolving critical supply chain bottlenecks before they impact production.
