In this dynamic site-level role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities to drive business results, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Serving as a key link between management and plant associates, you will oversee everything from recruiting and employee relations to plant safety compliance, weekly payroll processing, and benefits administration.
This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management; administer company policies, address inquiries, and resolve work-related issues effectively.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and selection process. Conduct new hire orientations that align associates with organizational objectives.
- Plant Safety & Workers’ Comp: Serve as the designated Plant Safety Representative, overseeing safety training, compliance monitoring, reporting, and managing workers' compensation claims and costs.
- Payroll & Compensation: Process weekly payroll for all site personnel. Administer compensation programs, job evaluations, and perform benchmark analysis to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Training & Development: Analyze training needs to design employee development programs and coordinate personnel training initiatives across the facility.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key workforce metrics (hires, absenteeism, performance appraisals) and analyze statistical data to identify root causes of personnel issues and propose process improvements.
