- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Less than one year of related customer service or office support experience (entry-level!).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills and a quick ability to learn new software, systems, and office equipment.
- Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication skills, interpersonal presence, and a client-first mindset.
- Adaptability & Organization: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, work under direct supervision, and shift schedules or working locations at a moment’s notice.
- Clearance & Travel Readiness: Must be willing to support multiple client locations, work overtime (OT) as needed, and complete any security clearance requirements requested by clients.

Responsibilities
Core & Floating Coverage Duties:
- Travel to various client locations within the region to cover short-staffing, shifts, or special projects.
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests across email, phone, text, and in person.
- Keep supervisors informed of potential issues or client concerns immediately to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local account teams to ensure smooth handoffs and assist in documenting workflows in the Site Procedure Guide.
- Participate in cross-functional training to continuously expand your operational skill set.
- Copy / Print Production: Processing, binding, laminating, and inspecting print orders, along with managing routine equipment upkeep and activity tracking.
- Mail & Courier Services: Receiving, sorting, logging, and delivering incoming/outgoing mail, messenger packages, and tracked shipments (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).
- Reception & Front Desk: Greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling conference rooms, logging deliveries, and setting up food/beverages for meetings.
- General Facilities Support: Assisting with records/file room tasks, inventory, warehouse support, or basic shipping and receiving as dictated by site needs.
