- Spearhead the reconciliation of invoices to ensure absolute financial accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies.
- Streamline expense reports and process reimbursement forms seamlessly to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain flawless digital and physical financial records, carefully managing fixed and non-capital assets.
- Process in-transit reports and insurance claims while contributing your expertise to quarterly and annual audits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases and rigorously check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Accounting Clerk.
- Solid grasp of basic bookkeeping procedures and financial principles.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel and modern accounting software.
- Exceptional math skills with a keen, trained eye for spotting numerical errors.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information securely.
