We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Supervisor to lead our bakehouse team, balance artisanal quality with daily output, and keep our production running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Lead Shift Operations: Direct daily workflow across mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and deck/rack oven baking.

• Manage & Train: Schedule shifts, train staff on hand-shaping and dough handling, and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial artisan baking experience (sourdoughs, pre-ferments, deck ovens).
  
  
• 1+ years in a supervisory or shift lead role.
  
  
• Valid ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work early morning or weekend shifts
