Your Impact and Opportunities
- Coordinate seamlessly with third-party vendors and prepare packages for shipment to ensure on-time order fulfillment and outstanding customer service.
- Optimize order entry processes and meticulously manage operational records using modern CRM and database systems.
- Cultivate foundational supply chain skills by assisting with demand planning, executing inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in office administration and customer service environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry software, and database navigation.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain 35 WPM typing accuracy for efficient data management.
- Proactive communication skills, a stable work history, and a willingness to work collaboratively, with availability for necessary overtime
