Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 / year
A premier Long Island manufacturer seeks a dependable Customer Service Support Specialist. You will manage orders, issue quotes, coordinate with production, and support clients with a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years in customer service or administration (stable work history required)
- Exceptional written/verbal English skills
- ERP system proficiency (Sage 100 a plus)
- Manufacturing or industrial background preferred

Responsibilities
- Order & Quote Management: Accurately enter sales orders, process product quotes, and calculate shipping costs.
- Production Coordination: Follow up directly with the Production department to track orders and ensure promised shipping dates are consistently met.
- Service & Support: Assign RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers for incoming service requests.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with product inquiries, offering friendly, professional support across phone and written communications.
- Administrative Operations: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and system record updates.
