We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented University Grants Administrator to join our research administration team. In this pivotal role, you will manage grant lifecycles, coordinate pre- and post-award administrative processes, and ensure strict regulatory compliance across university departments. You will serve as a primary liaison connecting faculty, staff, and institutional leadership to external funding opportunities and financial oversight.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty, staff, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data management tools and project management software
• Knowledge of grant management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, or accounting principles preferred
• Experience with research administration or institutional research preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
