In this key on-site position, you will support core Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) across the organization. Working standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for daily user requests, resolve technical issues via phone and email, and execute routine system maintenance. Additionally, you will perform data updates, research system discrepancies, and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate data integrity. If you bring strong troubleshooting capabilities, proficiency in HR technologies, and a commitment to customer support, this opportunity offers a fantastic environment to showcase your analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide administrative and technical production support for HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms, resolving end-user inquiries and executing scheduled system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily end-user requests, providing tier-1 production support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical issues across HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
- Execute scheduled system updates, mass data imports, and maintenance workflows.
- Maintain data integrity and support routine system reporting and audit activities.
- Proven experience supporting HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage daily request queues and perform accurate data updates.
- Full availability to work on-site 5 days a week in Louisville, KY.
