Randstad USA is currently partnering with a leading ready-mix concrete and building materials supplier in the Las Vegas market to fill an immediate Data Coordinator role. In this position, you will centralize the operational data tracking for a major new supply contract. You will be responsible for handling physical haul tickets, entering daily logistics metrics into Excel, and cross-referencing vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing across multiple delivery terminals.  

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ticket Sorting & Processing: Collect daily paper hauling tickets from dispatch and drivers; organize and separate tickets between aggregate and powder materials.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter ticket details (dates, driver IDs, truck numbers, tonnage, origin/destination terminals, and material types) into three primary Excel tracking logs.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Cross-check internal logs against incoming vendor invoices (aggregates, cement, fly ash) to verify charges prior to approval.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Actively follow up with vendors, dispatch managers, and drivers to resolve missing paperwork, billing mismatches, or delivery questions.
• Daily Reporting: Generate and distribute accurate daily tracking reports to operations and leadership teams.
