- Analyze & Guide: Proactively analyze comprehensive financial trends and diverse business problems to guide executive-level strategic decisions.
- Model & Solve: Source data and architect complex financial models to address pressing business challenges and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate & Lead: Champion cross-functional projects, initiating and maturing critical relationships to become the 'go-to' finance partner for senior leadership.
- Visualize & Communicate: Leverage advanced data visualization tools, including PowerBI and Tableau, to present compelling narratives that anticipate leadership’s questions before they are asked.
- 7+ years of a demonstrated track record in strategic finance, data analytics, or investment banking.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex findings, draw strategic conclusions, and confidently provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in leveraging data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau) to communicate business results effectively.
- A deep passion for the investment management industry and a commitment to nourishing an inclusive, highly engaged team culture.
