This role will focus heavily on Workday configuration, including benefit and retirement eligibility rules, benefit plans, union and non-union populations, and related deductions. The analyst will also help triage cases, investigate configuration and integration errors, support testing, and partner with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and the Total Rewards team to resolve issues. This position is 100% REMOTE but you MUST be able to work CST time zone. Hours are Monday - Friday 8-4 or 9-5. Qualifications:
- Hands-on Workday experience across both Benefits and Retirement
- Understand complex eligibility requirements
- Analyze issues, and help drive solutions from requirements through testing and implementation.
