Responsibilities
Contribute to the success of our recruiting programs by utilizing your skills in sourcing, screening, and key administrative responsibilities.
- Schedule candidate interviews promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate documentation for interviewers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Leverage advanced talent acquisition tools and systems.
- Address operational recruiting queries from a wide range of stakeholders.
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition systems.
- Provide proactive, reliable operational support.
- Technology Recruiting experience is preferred, as the roles they are hiring for will be Microsoft Skilled Technology candidates
- Excellent presentation, communication, and narrative abilities.
- Ability to excel within a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Capability to translate complex requirements into effective search criteria.
- Demonstrated strength in building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Some negotiation and research skills.
- Awareness of various recruiting platforms and channels.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Psychology is highly regarded, but relevant professional experience is equally considered a strong asset.
