About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Retail & Showroom Sales Representative to manage on-site client interactions at our South Florida location. In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for walk-in clients, off-duty law enforcement officers, private security guards, and individual buyers seeking personal body armor, concealment vests, and tactical apparel. Initial onboarding for this position includes mandatory paid corporate and product training at our facility in Colombia.

Responsibilities
- Greet showroom visitors, conduct needs assessments, and recommend tailored ballistic protection and protective solutions.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations, guiding clients on material durability, threat-level certifications, and proper fitting techniques.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions, custom sizing orders, backorders, and product warranties.
- Maintain showroom visual displays, inventory organization, and stock levels.
- Travel to Colombia for initial corporate product training to gain in-depth product and manufacturing knowledge.
- Language Requirement: 100% Fluent in English and Spanish (MANDATORY & NON-NEGOTIABLE).
- Experience: 2+ years of retail, showroom, or consultative sales experience (tactical gear, security equipment, or firearms background preferred).
- Customer Service: strong interpersonal communication skills, active listening, and a professional customer-first attitude.
- Onboarding Travel: Valid passport and willingness to complete paid initial product training in Colombia.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable operating POS retail systems, inventory tracking software, and learning technical product specifications.
