Responsibilities
- Lead overall event planning, program management, and execution of multiple complex events simultaneously — large-scale, multi-component, and executive-level, within the Americas.
- Execute event programs end to end, including event asset management and logistics: sponsorship assessment, venue selection, on-the-ground planning, booth build, and event production.
- Produce know-before-you-go resources, maintain the event calendar, ensure policy compliance, and track ROI.
- Work closely with our Americas Marketing team and business partners to evaluate and recommend sponsorship benefits, calibrating value against the industry audience and business priorities each event serves.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the Avanade team and key business stakeholders, as well as outside organizations and vendors.
- Manage post-event close and wrap, including event analytics, documentation, and surveys.
- Adapt messaging and event formats for varied industry audiences, partnering with marketing leads (on the Americas and the Global side) to ensure relevance.
- Document decisions, vendor relationships, and program status throughout the contract to support a seamless handover at the end of the engagement.
