Randstad is partnering with an established manufacturing client in Louisville, KY to recruit an organized, detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing site inventory, handling administrative workflows, managing vendor uniform accounts, and maintaining essential facility documents.  This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package. 

salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee uniform programs—tracking missing or returned items, resolving sizing and quality issues, and monitoring usage to prevent excessive costs. 
• Interface directly with the plant’s inventory management system, processing core documents, maintaining records, and assisting with month-end inventory physical counts and reconciliation.
• Manage mailroom operations and keep office supply inventories stocked across key locations, including the front office and Resource Recovery facilities.
• Enter, file, and reconcile outbound shipping tickets. Accurately classify recycled products for client billing and process paperwork for outbound fuel sales.
• Monitor and order maintenance materials as needed to support smooth daily operations across departments.
• Evaluate existing administrative and information flows to identify efficiency improvements, while maintaining strict document retention schedules by filing records for required timeframes.
