Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order administration, ensuring precise data entry, seamless payment execution, and prompt fulfillment.
- Conduct proactive post-sale outreach to confirm successful delivery, gather feedback, and reinforce overall client satisfaction.
- Deliver responsive, empathetic assistance via phone and email, effectively resolving inquiries and elevating the customer journey.
- Investigate and resolve escalated or complex customer challenges with agility and tact to uphold brand loyalty and retention.
