This position plays an important role in an Operations Department ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and operational issues are resolved promptly. The ideal candidate enjoys working across multiple departments, understands how products move from purchase order through delivery, and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in e-commerce, wholesale distribution, consumer products, or supply chain operations who enjoys a hands-on role with room to contribute beyond day-to-day order processing.

Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Process customer orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Review purchase orders, pricing, inventory availability, and shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delays, discrepancies, and fulfillment issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and inbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate order, SKU, inventory, and pricing records.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with supplier pricing comparisons, freight cost analysis, and identifying potential savings.
- Prepare Excel reports tracking order activity, inventory, shipping expenses, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve order accuracy.
