Our 2nd shift is the engine of our production, and we are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution. As a Plant Supervisor, you will be the primary voice for our diverse workforce, ensuring that every team member—regardless of their primary language—is heard, safe, and empowered to succeed.

We don’t just need a manager; we need a communicator who can build a culture of trust and high performance across the entire plant floor. Candidates MUST BE bilingual (English & Spanish)



salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11:45 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Implement and maintain rigorous safety initiatives to ensure a secure work environment for every team member.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Deliver consistent results in production efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery.
  
  
• Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor employees across all departments; identify and develop key manufacturing talent for future growth.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and drive a culture of constant optimization.
  
  
• Administrative Oversight: Manage employee timecards, time-off requests, and ensure all production reports and documentation are completed accurately.
  
  
• Communication: Act as a bridge between the floor and upper management, communicating complex concepts clearly across all levels of the organization
