• The Brains of the Building: Hands-on work with BMS/Building Automation Systems (Nova, Surveyor, Danfoss, CPC, Metasys, Honeywell, and Delta).

Requirements for the "Master Tech":

• 10+ Years of Experience: You’ve seen it all, from walk-in freezers to complex industrial HVAC.
  
  
• The "Dual-Threat" Skillset: Expert-level diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical components.
  
  
• Trust & Professionalism: Since you’ll be entering client homes and managing billing, a strong customer-service focus and a clean professional record are non-negotiable.
  
  
• Credentials: EPA Certification is required.
