The Role As a Warehouse Associate and Hot Shot Driver, you are the backbone of our local distribution. Your primary goal is to ensure our dealers receive the products they need exactly when they need them. You will maintain a high-standard, organized warehouse environment and act as a crucial support system for our Route Managers. Qualifications
- Driving Credentials: A current, valid state driver’s license and a consistently clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a motor vehicle and a forklift safely.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Mindset: A commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively under regular supervision and guidance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Safety Gear: Willingness to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and protective gloves when handling materials.
- Environment: Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with potential exposure to temperature extremes and battery acid.

Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Delivery: Execute "Hot Shot" deliveries and assigned routes promptly to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently load/unload deliveries and restock inventory to maintain an organized warehouse flow.
- Quality Control: Charge, clean, date, and rewrap rotations. You will also test and process adjustment batteries to ensure every product meets our standards.
- Reporting: Accurately complete all necessary reports and claims documentation.
