- Visual Inspection: Utilize high-magnification microscopes to inspect PCB assemblies for defects.
- Technical Verification: Audit through-hole and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) circuitry against engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Quality Control: Identify component defects, polarity issues, and solder quality inconsistencies to maintain 100% product reliability.
- Documentation: Accurately record inspection results within our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Production Support: Thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet critical manufacturing deadlines.
- Certification: An active IPC-A-610 Certification (Specialist or Trainer level) is required.
- Experience: Proven background in electronic inspection within a manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and assembly drawings.
- Precision: Proficiency in using microscopes and precision measurement tools for extended periods.

Position Overview: As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the high-level visual verification of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies used in commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of industry-standard acceptability criteria. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-magnification visual inspections of PCB assemblies using microscopes. Verify through-hole and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) electronic circuitry against engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation. Identify component defects, polarity issues, and solder quality inconsistencies. Document inspection results and support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure 100% product reliability. Operate within a fast-paced production environment to meet short-term and long-term deadlines. Required Qualifications: Active IPC-A-610 Certification (Current Specialist or Trainer level). Proven experience in electronic inspection within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using microscopes and precision measurement tools for extended periods. Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and assembly drawings.
