Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and maintain PC-DMIS programs for complex plastic components.
- Perform high-level inspections including First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Interpret complex blueprints and ensure compliance with strict GD&T specifications.
- Utilize knowledge of AS9102 standards to document and validate quality processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in CMM Programming.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of PC-DMIS software is required.
- Expertise: strong proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with AS9102 reporting and First Article Inspection protocols.

Responsibilities
• Perform first article inspections on new and existing products
• Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM
• Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS
• Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data
• Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs
• Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports
• Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve inspection results
