Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test customized hardware solutions for customer evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Support product validation activities by documenting test procedures, results, and technical findings.
• Create technical documentation including user guides, setup instructions, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
• Assemble and verify prototype hardware, interface boards, cables, and related electronic assemblies.
• Assist customers and internal teams with technical troubleshooting and product-related inquiries.
• Evaluate returned products, perform diagnostics, document findings, and coordinate repair or escalation activities when necessary.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to investigate product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform incoming inspections and verification of electronic components and finished assemblies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide occasional on-site support during customer visits, product launches, training sessions, or technical evaluations.
